This is the work of Becoming — and it is both radical and soft.
I created Ancestras by Rocío to honor the whispers of the women before me — the grandmothers, the healers, the wild-hearted ones who remembered how to live in harmony with Earth and Spirit.
My journey has been one of returning — to my body, my voice, and my creativity.
Through rituals, cacao, feminine embodiment, and soul-led coaching, I support women in softening, awakening, and becoming their truest selves.
This isn’t just a business — it’s a calling. A remembrance. A homecoming.

Spend a transformative day at Ventura Bell Arts Factory immersing yourself in the ancient ritual of cacao. Hand-grind roasted cacao beans on a metate, awaken your energy through kundalini activation, deepen your presence with guided breathwork, and much more. This is more than a retreat, it’s a full-day journey of creation, connection, and renewal.

Hands-on ritual: Together we'll craft ceremonial cacao on the ancestral stone (metate), share in meditation, and each take home cacao paste for future ceremony.
