I’m Rocío, a transformational coach shaped by lived experience, years of profound inner work, and training with world-class teachers like Kute Blackson. I guide individuals who are ready to stop running from themselves and step into their next level of clarity, truth, and emotional freedom.

I didn’t come to this work by theory. I came through the fire, through trauma, fear, dissociation, rebuilding my identity, and learning how to return to my body, my voice, and my power. Everything I teach, I have lived. Everything I guide, I have walked.

My work is not for everyone. It is for those who are done bypassing, done avoiding, done repeating the past. It is for those who are willing to tell themselves the truth, confront their patterns with courage, and rise into who they were always meant to be.
